Matt Hogan, ’98, Renown Guitarist, To Enter SUNY Oneonta Hall Of Fame ONEONTA – Guitarist Matt Hogan, a 1998 SUNY Oneonta graduate, will return to Oneonta next Tuesday, the 26th, to be inducted into the college’s Music Hall of Fame.
