IN MEMORIAM: Frank ‘Skeeter’ Green, 91; Dairy Farmer Served On Many Area Boards WESTVILLE – Frank E. “Skeeter” Green, a life-long area resident, community leader and dairy farmer, passed away unexpectedly Monday morning, Jan. 6, 2020, at his winter residence in Mesa, Ariz., with his wife, Margaret, by his side.
