Hartwick Class of ’18 Rings In Graduation ONEONTA – Despite the relentless downpour outside, Hartwick College held it 87th Commencement Ceremony today, under a large tent on Elmore Field. Graduates were processed in by the Broome County Celtic Pipe & Drum Corps to the applause of the thousands of friends and family gathered to celebrate the occasion.
