Editor’s Note:  This is the text of a letter Fair Street resident Mike Manno sent to the Village Board prior to its October meeting at 6:30 p.m. on the 27th at 22 Main.   Eliminating tour buses from our quaint historic neighborhood and streets is my purpose in this letter and my ultimate goal.
