Bostwick, 70, a dairy farmer, 39-year volunteer firefighter and town justice, passed away March 16, 2018, at Bassett Hospital in the presence of his family. County GOP Backs Devlin For 4th Term Fernandez Plans Primary Challenge MILFORD – The Otsego County Republican Committee endorsed county Sheriff Richard J. Devlin Jr. Saturday for a fourth term, according to county Chairman Vice Casale.
