IN MEMORIAM: Nancy Kiser Feola, 66; Milford Woman Fought Cancer 19 Months MILFORD  –  Nancy Feola (nee Kiser) of Milford, who retired from a 30-year career with the Otsego County Attorney’s Office, lost her gallant 19-month struggle with cancer Monday evening Oct. 5, 2015, at Bassett Hospital.  She was 66.
