Moe’s Southwest Grill Plans 3 Benefits As Part Of Opening ONEONTA – Moe’s Southwest Grill is opening its Oneonta restaurant at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 27, across from Southside Mall’s main entrance on the site of the former Neptune Diner, and is planning three community benefits Wednesday and Thursday.
