OJC Reports To Community On Renovations, Programs Chris Kuhn, top, Oneonta Job Corps director, reports on achievements at the OJC’s annual Community Breakfast this morning at the Holiday Inn/Southside. Foremost among them was the recent renovation of the Oneonta Municipal Airport’s terminal.
