BULLETIN Fire Commissioners Vote To Dissolve; Town To Sue ONEONTA – At an “emergency meeting” tonight, the Town of Oneonta Board of Fire Commissioners voted to dissolve itself and the fire district served by the city’s Oneonta Fire Department. However, Town Supervisor Bob Wood, who was present in the packed meeting in Elm Park United Methodist Church, said the Town of Oneonta will sue to allow 12 to 15 months for an orderly transition.
