Oneonta School Board Considers Letting Graduates Decorate Caps ONEONTA – Decorate away! When it meets at 7 p.m. Thursday, the Oneonta City School Board will consider a resolution to allow seniors to decorate their mortarboards at this year’s commencement exercises on Saturday, June 25. The board’s Academic Subcommittee recommended the authorization, although the motion emphasizes “this is not precedent setting.   Future decisions on this question are to be the purview of the OHS administration.”…
