Faso Says He Is Voting For Obamacare Repeal Otsego County’s congressman, John Faso, R-Kinderhook, announced today he will vote for the Republicans’ replacement for Obamacare, the American Health Care Act.  The vote is anticipated sometime this afternoon. “After careful review of the changes to the American Health Care Act, I believe that this legislation addresses my concerns and I will support the AHCA as amended,” the congressman said in a statement. Police Allege Siblings Stole Laptop, Phone ONEONTA – Oneonta Police arrested a brother and sister after surveillance footage allegedly shows them taking a laptop and a phone from a room at Hillside Commons.
