She was born in Carbondale, Pa., on April 28, 1913, the daughter of the late Franklin and Mary Jacobs Layman. On May 10, 1932, in Oneonta, Eloise married Albert J. IN MEMORIAM: Shirley D. Baker, 89, Oneonta ONEONTA – Shirley D. Baker, 89, passed away Friday, Sept. 11, 2015. She was the daughter of Willis and Helen (Coleman) Dailey. Shirley is survived by her three children, Irene Baker Konstanty, Stephen F. Baker and Daniel L. Baker; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
