Salvation Army Bellringers On The Job, More Needed Groups, Clubs, Individual Welcome To Volunteer ONEONTA – The Oneonta Salvation Army kicked off its 2018 Red Kettle Campaign today.  The campaign will continue through Dec. 24. The fundraising goal is $57,000, said Maj. Sharon Harford, the local commanding officer.  The funds raised will help with Christmas assistance, but also the Army’s 2019 operating budget.
