Oneonta Man, Two 18-Year-Olds Arrested In Burglaries, Police Say ONEONTA – Jason E. Blass, 39, of Oneonta, and two unidentified 18-year-olds have been arrested for unspecified burglaries in Otsego and Chenango counties, state police at Troop C announced today. The arrests followed an April 24 search at a home in the Village of Sidney, conducted by troopers and Sidney village police, where stolen property was recovered from homes in the two counties, troopers said.
