Multiple Power Outages Following April Snowstorm Multiple power outages have been reported through out Otsego County due to Monday nights snow storm. The heavy and wet snow of this spring storm has brought down many tree branches through out the county, several in the Village of Cooperstown where Chestnut Street remains closed to traffic.
