CREW CLEARS ABUTMENTS Overnight Floods Close Rt. 51 Span MORRIS – The Route 51 bridge at County Route 3 in Otsego County between Mount Upton and Morris is closed to remove sand and sediment around the abutments due to heavy overnight rains, the state DOT announced.
