Oneonta Man Arrested With 110 Bags of Heroin Baby, 5-Year-Old Living In Raided Home ONEONTA – 110 bags of heroin, 22 marijuana plants and nine guns were seized at a Main Street residence yesterday by state troopers and the OPD.
