Finds Otsego County lost 300 jobs between August 2014 and August 2015, according to the state Department of Labor monthly report, released today. Last August, the county had 27,300 jobs; this August, it had dropped to 27,000 even. No other particulars were broken out for Otsego County. Delaware County also lost 300 jobs, but on a smaller base.
