August To August, Otsego County Loses 300 Jobs, Labor Dept. Finds Otsego County lost 300 jobs between August 2014 and August 2015, according to the state Department of Labor monthly report, released today. Last August, the county had 27,300 jobs; this August, it had dropped to 27,000 even.  No other particulars were broken out for Otsego County.
