Villages honor hometown heroes

Cooperstown, Richfield Springs honor Vietnam-era ‘hometown heroes’ Robert Atwell and Paul Lent With a lakefront ceremony on Memorial Day, the Village of Cooperstown dedicates a memorial to Robert W.
