IN MEMORIAM: Randall Taylor, 66; Louisiana Native, Union Electrician ROSEBOOM – Randall D Taylor, 66, of Roseboom, a union electrician, passed away Dec. 29, 2019, of cancer with his wife, Bea, at his side. He was born on Dec. 4, 1953, in Baton Rouge, La., to Norman and Myrtle (McKey) Taylor. He was a member of IBEW 995. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
