Woman Ticketed In Rt. 28 Crash That Blocked Rush-Hour Traffic COOPERSTOWN – A Cherry Valley woman was ticketed with following too closely after crashing into a vehicle on Route 28 and veering off the road at 4:30 p.m. last Friday.   The accident blocked rush-hour traffic both ways for a  half-hour.
