SPRINGBROOK, D&H YARDS AMONG BIG CFA WINNERS By LIBBY CUDMORE • allotsego.com ONEONTA — A $400,000 renovation to upgrade Springbrook’s residential facilities was awarded today through the Mohawk Valley Regional Economic Development Council’s Consolidated Funding Application.
