Senate Resolution, Pizza Welcome CCS Champs To Albany ALBANY – State Sen. Jim Seward, R-Milford, welcomed the  Cooperstown Hawkeyes boys  basketball team and Coach John Lambert to the state Capitol this  afternoon, where they were honored as the 2019 New York State Class C champions. Seward presented the boys with a Senate resolution recognizing their achievement – and a pizza lunch in his office in the Capitol building.…
