Allen, 82, retired secretary at SUNY Oneonta’s Speech & Theatre Department, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017, at Bassett Hospital. She was born Dec. 16, 1934, in Mount Kisco, the daughter of the late George C. and Marie (Hanley) Supple.
