Garrity, 70; Taught Cosmetology 20 Years At BOCES ONEONTA – Bonnie Jeanne Garrity, 70, who taught cosmetology and related disciplines at ONC BOCES for 20 years, passed away Feb. 6, 2018, at Fox Nursing Home, with her family by her side.
