IN MEMORIAM Thomas J. Merlino Sr., 82 Oct. 10, 1938–Dec. 24, 2020 ONEONTA – Thomas M. Merlino, Sr., 82, passed away December 24, 2020 at his home with his family by his side. Tom was born October 10, 1938 in Syracuse, the son of Angelo and Concetta (Amato) Merlino. He was a United States Army veteran, serving from 1954-1958 and was discharged from the Reserves in 1968.
