Winsor Retires As Deputy Clerk; Village Trustees Hire Successor COOPERSTOWN – With thanks, Mayor Ellen Tillapaugh this evening announced the resignation of Deputy Village Clerk Pat Winsor, former longtime Milford village clerk, at the Village Board meeting. “She came out of retirement to help us out and we were really glad that she did,” Tillapaugh said.
