Driver, Passenger Arrested On Coke, Marijuana Counts EXETER – A driver and his passenger were both arrested for possessing marijuana and cocaine after a traffic stop in the Town of Exeter. Brandon S. Richardson, 20, of Ilion, was stopped by troopers for allegedly driving 60 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 28 near Schuyler Lake.
