The daughter of Jean and Yvonne Philippot des Miniѐres, she was born on Aug. 11, 1934,  in Bavillier, France. Utica College On Lockdown After Two Threatening Calls UTICA – Utica College students and staff have been advised to stay in place after the police received what they believe to be a “real, credible threat” of violence on campus.
