(Pabst) Herr, 81, who retired from the couty’s Office for the Aging, passed away Friday, June 29, 2018 at Cooperstown Center for  Rehabilitation & Nursing. Loretta was born on Feb 9, 1937 in Brooklyn, daughter of Joseph & Margaret (Murdock) Pabst.  Loretta met Fredy E. Herr at their church Sunday School.  They were married on Sept. 10, 1955 in Brooklyn, and had eight children. …
