Blade Found Inside Bag Of Trick-Or-Treat Candy Parents are being warned to carefully check left-over trick-or-treat candy after state police in Delaware County received a report this week that an X-Acto knife blade had been found inside a full-size (1.8 ounce) bag of Sour Skittles. The report came from Maple Lane, Margaretville.
