Trafficking Heroin

ONEONTA – Oneonta Police arrested three people and seized $200 worth of heroin following an investigation into narcotics trafficking into the City of Oneonta.

Phillip S Brunson, 29, Manhattan, and Rachel E. Palmetier, 50, and Kyrin L. Donato, 43, both of Oneonta were arrested after an early-morning raid was executed at 14 Washington St. in Oneonta. During the raid, which was conducted with the assistance of K-9 Ricky of the Otsego County Sheriff’s Department, police allegedly seized approximatly $200 worth of heroin and $400 cash.

 

Brunson was charged with the Class B felony of Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and faces 25 years incarceration. Palmetier and Donato were charged with the Class D felony of Conspiracy in the 4th degree and each face seven years in prison.
